All communication is initiated by customer requests and is opt-in based.
SMS & Phone Communication Terms
By using this service or submitting your information, you consent to receive SMS messages or phone calls from home service businesses using SpendReady's platform.
Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations

- Missed call follow-ups
- Customer support responses
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No Unsolicited Messaging
SpendReady does not send unsolicited SMS messages or outbound marketing calls.
All communication is:
- Customer-initiated
- Consent-based

Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or requesting removal during phone communication.
Limitation of Liability
SpendReady is a software platform and is not responsible for services provided by third-party home service businesses using the platform.
